I bought the IVORY bag, and have been using it while cleaning it with waterproof spray. It hasn't gotten dirty yet. Its large capacity means I can easily throw in a change of clothes and a pouch, which makes packing quick and convenient. I had planned to put heavy items like a laptop and art books in it, but the material tends to lose its shape, which was a shame. However, I was able to cover this to some extent by using an inner bag. While I was undecided about whether to buy it in store, a staff member told me that I could customize it by changing the lace ribbon, which was the deciding factor. I'm looking forward to experimenting with the suggested arrangements this fall and winter. (I plan to use the IVORY or RED velour version instead.)

It looks very cute and has a lot of storage space, so I really like it.

I bought the black one. I use it for school, and the shoulder straps are sturdy so I can carry textbooks around with peace of mind, and there's plenty of room for clothes, shoes, etc. It's bigger than it looks. The lace is made into a ribbon, so I like how it looks cute even when I put a stuffed animal in it.

It goes with any outfit so it's easy to use! My friends also tell me it's cute.
