I bought the S size. I have very small feet, so there is a gap when I wear them, but I think it is possible to adjust it with insoles, thick socks, or leggings. Still, I fell in love with these loafers at first sight, so I am very happy with them and use them as my companion everywhere I go!

I usually buy S to M size shoes. My feet are relatively wide. I bought S size this time, but it still has a lot of room. I don't think I'll have any problems wearing thick socks or tights.
