-Reservations cannot be cancelled.

・We may be forced to suspend production, so if there are any major changes or suspension of production, we will contact you in advance.

・Delivery time may vary due to production reasons.

-If you pre-order items with different delivery dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together once they are all in stock.

・If you would like to ship each item separately, please reserve each item in a separate cart.

・Purchased points will be awarded as valid points after the product is shipped.

・The "store pickup service" is not available for pre-ordered items.

・Payment methods for pre-ordered items are limited to credit card, Amazon Pay, and deferred payment (Paypal).

・For the above payment methods, since payment must be made within the authorization expiration date, if the product shipping date is 40-45 days after the order date (30 days for Amazon Pay only), the payment will be processed at that time.
